About this villa rental
Finished renovating in 2016 with luxury finishes.
A large dining room with spectacular sea views, each room with its ensuite bathroom.
Luxurious and comfortable with attention to every detail.
The view is wonderful and the large terrace on the dock of Capri is truly unique.
The terrace is private, furnished with all the comforts, overlooking the marina, and enjoys the view of Vesuvius, Ischia and the Amalfi Coast.
You can sunbathe, enjoy the sunset or dine by candlelight.

A few steps away the famous Funicular that in six minutes leads to "Piazzetta": the "Salotto di Capri" with its exclusive shopping.
This unit is part of an old restored Napoleonic Guardhouse Fort.
Discreet luxury, strategic location, excellent accessibility, independence, great charm, a breathtaking view with a terrace right on the sea overlooking the Marina Grande of Capri.
To make the holiday more comfortable, a local housekeeper will give service to the house an hour every day and you can give you your time preference at the booking moment.

I can’t say enough about this property if I tried. the pictures do not do it enough justice!!!! the location was incredible so easy to get everywhere and so easily accessible to travel to beach clubs and other cities being by marina but off a quiet street that you have complete privacy. Every am we would walk to port in under one minute grab coffee, taxis to town! The views were so incredible, just loved having my morning coffee outside and late night wine!!! will 1000000% stay here on my next and every trip after to capri!!!!!

Villa Vesuvio Was absolutely amazing! Location was perfect. The Villa was just as advertised. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. The view was fantastic. Sitting outside looking out at the water was our favorite part. Anna the house keeper was wonderful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!
