Villa Preziosa - Panoramic Sea View

Im from Texas so I'll lead with the whole house had A/C and you could make it cold, but we really didn't need to. This houses very well built and modern and the walls are very thick to hold in the coolness. The views were breathtaking and my husband loved google searching the yachts. During our stay, there were a lot of billionaire yachts and one owned by Vladamire Putin! We actually loved the house so much we did not leave very often. We cooked many meals as the quaint grocery store was not a far walk and the kitchen had everything you would need to make anything you wanted. We really did not want to leave. When we finally ventured out of the house we couldn't wait to get back. I would also like to add there's a fridge and freezer with ice cube trays already full of ice upon your arrival and they had Prosecco in the fridge as a gift. Modern style home with modern kitchen and appliances with incredible views!

Location: 10 minutes away from the main square (walking). Steep walk, but easy enough. Luigi (the manager) was very clear and extremely helpful (thanks again) and he made a real difference. Air conditioning very efficient. Mattresses excellent and comfortable

The exterior would benefit from a good clean, but it is more than compensated by the interior (very clean and well refurbished). The specific position was somehow scary at the beginning (windows facing a main road and the funicular), but at the end there was little noise and excellent comfort.

It’s a lovely apartment with Capri style interior but modernized equipment. I have not met the host entirely but the host provided such thoughtful and amazing service from the moment you booked until check out. He helped with directions, recommendations around and restaurants. Great attitude and always there to help. He pre-cooled the apartment which was life saving for us after entire day visited outside in the heat. We found fresh water and prosecco in the fridge, and little snack packs on the table as welcome! These small details were great and really helped us to refresh from the tiredness of touring around. Location is pretty central and convenient. Bus stop is just right in front and easy to catch. You can walk to the main square easily even though there are quite a lot of stairs, but that’s just Capri, a lot up and down. The room is really clean and you have all the essentials. The shower water is strong. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. There is usb and 3c charger at both night table in one of the rooms, so great for traveller who forget adapter. There is a lovely terrace can see the sea and the port of Capri.

You need to know if you want to walk to the main square, there are a lot of stairs, even though it’s only 500 meters away.
