About this chalet rental
This spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home in Shaver Lake is just what your large group needs for a memorable mountain getaway. You'll enjoy easy access to the lake and the slopes with enough room for 14 guests. Families or groups of friends will love this spacious, yet comfy cabin, complete with a large game room for movie nights and an impressive easy-start fireplace in the downstairs family room! You'll have a quiet acre of countryside to explore the San Joaquin valley landscape, and a large deck with a BBQ and a flat grill.
The open concept kitchen, dining, and living space make it great for spending time with family and friends, with plenty of room as soon as you step in the door. In addition, the master bedroom with a full en suite is located just down the hall. It also offers a half bath on the first floor. Then you move upstairs, where you will find a full bath and 2 large bedrooms, both with king-size beds that are right across from the large game room that hosts 2 comfortable queen-size fold-out beds, a large sectional couch, an impressive entertainment center, as well as a wet bar and mini fridge. For those who are looking for something quieter or a place to do some work, there is also a full desk area. There is also a full laundry room with a washer and dryer if needed!
In the driveway, there is free parking for about 4 vehicles. There is no parking on the street during the winter months due to snow removal. It is also not prohibited to have recreational vehicles or any camping vehicles in yards or driveways.
If you are bringing a boat, there is boat & trailer parking allowed in the West Village & East Village. We recommend that all guests utilize Sierra Marina for a wet slip and/or trailer parking.
Garage parking is not available on site. Once you arrive at the property, you will receive access to the lock box located on the property, along with directions on how to access it.

WE HAD AN AMAZING STAY!!! The pool table was a huge hit . The Jacuzzi was relaxing . No AC, but industrial fans & ceiling fans kept it cool . We placed the industrial fan by the front door as suggested & it circulated air well . The huge kitchen was perfect for our family gathering . We baked cakes non-stop ! We were constantly cooking & baking . The kitchen was well-equipped with appliances, BBQ & Blackstone grill . The outdoor space was incredible with a beautiful waterfall . We loved the scenery & peacefulness . Some bees & wasps , but my uncle took down nests . 2 showers & 3 restrooms were convenient. Laundry room only washed with hot water . Shaver Lake was 10 minutes away . We had a church service & fellowship . Mr. Brasil was super responsive 🤝. The house is huge, we loved it . We're sad we had to leave, had a great time with family & friends, my mom said . City's lights went out, but came back on after 10 minutes . We used the laundry room non-stop & brought our air fryer . Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Brazil cabin was comfortable and very accommodating, the host was also welcoming and arrived on time as planned. The area was peaceful with no disturbances. Would recommended this location for family getaways.

We felt right at home here. So comfortable in this cabin, they had everything we needed. The host reached out the day before, personally. Super clean. Well appointed. The place was amazing.
