Welcome to the lovely and quaint Peaceful Vista. It is professionally managed by M Power, LLC, the leading, premier vacation rental home and management company in the Elkton area since 2006.

Peaceful Vista is a gorgeous, recently refurbished chalet-style home with the most amazing views. Set high among the trees above the Mountain Greens golf course, this home offers panoramic views across Massanutten Valley through the wrap-around French windows of the vaulted-ceiling family room, and from its large, two-level deck. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a gas-log fireplace, gas grill, a large deck and a beautiful well-appointed kitchen - all your mountain vacation comforts are cared for!
Bring family and friends to Peaceful Vista for a relaxing or adventurous getaway. Hang out in front of the toasty gas log fireplace (Oct 01 through Mar 31, only) with one of the books on the bookshelf, play some board games with the family, grill dinner & eat on the deck that seems to float above the trees - and enjoy the recreational facilities nearby in Massanutten.
Large upstairs and downstairs decks provide plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors at the house, with an outdoor love seat and coffee table, outdoor dining, lounge chairs and a gas grill.
There is a set of stairs that lead directly from the parking area to the home. There is also a new walking path from the parking area that leads directly to the home (this is pictured!). Enter the home into the kitchen. To the immediate right of the front door is the laundry area, to the left is the upgraded kitchen. Cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless appliances and a well stocked kitchen (Coffee grinder, French press and drip coffee makers, blender, mixing bowls and mixer, slow cooker, and some pantry items like herbs and spices) mean the kitchen is ready for the cook! The refrigerator dispenses filtered chilled water and ice.
Off the kitchen is the airy dining area and the living room, with a high, vaulted ceiling, wrap-around French windows and doors to the deck – all offering a wonderful view across the valley.
The dining area is surrounded by patio doors, so you've got plenty of natural light. The living room has a gas log fireplace (use from Oct 1st through Mar 31stm ONLY), a wall-mounted large, flat screen SMART TV which allows guests to log on and use their own streaming services (e.g. Netflix, Prime, etc. - remember to bring your id and password!) as well as basic cable service, and beautiful European crafted leather furniture. Oh, and that beautiful view out the big windows!
Down the hall are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a new double bed and well stocked bookshelf. The second bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed as well as a TV that does not offer cable but is linked to a DVD player and with an HDMI port if you wish to bring your own gaming or streaming device). At the end of the hallway, a full-sized, modern bathroom with a tub and shower.
The door in the kitchen leads to the downstairs level where there is a large family room that is also used as a bedroom. There is a twin day bed with twin trundle bed for additional sleeping, a smart TV that offers streaming services, well stocked entertainment center with new games, new game table, and a dedicated workspace that offers great views of the valley! Attached to the room is a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Patio doors lead to the sheltered lower-level deck, where you can relax on the hammock or deck furniture while enjoying stunning views of the valley!
All the way back upstairs, up even from the living room, is the primary bedroom which has a queen bed, large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. With the dual doors to the primary bedroom opened there is a mountain view from the bedroom and loft.

Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA
neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including
families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your
host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with
written approval from your host.

beautiful scenic view. All essential items were there. The number of beds shown in the lay out was not correct. The maximum guests can sleep were 8. Fortunately one of the guest didn't come. So we were ok. It was advertised as 10 people can sleep. I would come back as the rent was fare and house was maintained properly.

The home is located within great proximity to skiing and snow tubing at the resort. The views from the deck are very peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked.However, the listing states it sleeps 10. When we booked our reservation, the listing showed that there was supposed to be 8 beds available. It listed a queen, a double, a day bed with a trundle, a twin bunk bed AND two twin beds in the bunk room. After checking in, we realized that there were only 6 beds. I reached out to the property management company about the incorrect listing. I was told that I must be confused and that there was only a bunk bed in the bunkroom. I explained that I had screenshots of the listing to prove what we actually booked. They immediately changed the VRBO listing to reflect the actual number of beds. I requested a partial refund since we did not get what we contracted for. The management company stopped replying to all of my emails and phone calls and said the owner would not offer a credit. Be prepared if you have more than 8 people (of which 4 should only be children) that you should bring sleeping bags or an air mattress as they state that the house sleeps 10.There were also some maintenance issues. The upstairs toilet did not work during our stay. The travel crib for infants/toddlers was broken. The board games are all missing pieces and need to just be thrown away.Also be prepared to load up all of your trash and drive around the resort to find a dumpster in a parking lot as your cl

Great views, good space. Short ride to activities. Very easy instructions provided for fireplace and wifi access! Toaster oven has seen better days. Overall just right.
