Sardinia, Seulo, house with breathtaking mountain views. New, cozy and romantic attic for two-three people, max height 2.65, minimum height 1.80. It was obtained, together with two other apartments, from a farmhouse of the mid-800, recently renovated.
It consists of a large living room with kitchenette and comfortable sofa bed for one and a half. The living room overlooks a spectacular valley. It also has a large double bedroom with a view. La Ferula is tastefully furnished and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom overlooks the valley and is equipped with a shower cubicle. Nearby we also manage the properties: Incantu 6855104, La Peonia 10262575 and La Stellaria 6579235.
The house is air conditioned, equipped with TV, microwave, toaster, various kitchen accessories, bed linen and towels, bathroom products. The house is immersed in a still intact and wild landscape. The surrounding landscape offers an enchanting scenery, considered among the most fascinating in Sardinia and a destination of great attraction for unforgettable excursions. A few km away is Seulo, a small picturesque village, rich in springs, waterfalls, woods, natural pools: a mountain landscape of extraordinary beauty. The Flumendosa river and its tributaries create breathtaking scenery. It is impossible to give up an excursion along the route of the river to Sa Stiddiosa.
The Su Stampu 'and Su Turrunu waterfall, a natural monument inside a cave immersed in the thick green of the forest, is enchanting and unique.
Many other naturalistic beauties characterize this enchanting place. Natural archaeological monuments such as the Domus de Janas caves and nuraghi arouse great attraction. In the village, festivals and village festivals are organized, also extended to neighboring countries, which allow guests to appreciate the value of local traditions and food and wine proposals.
Just 150 meters away is the renowned Agriturismo Ticci, where you can taste excellent dishes of typical cuisine at a low price.

We loved this magic place. I am pregnant and I spent two lovely days there.!!!! We will absolutely come back in August because we fell in love with the nature and the little house when we slept. The house is so nice, everything inside is clean and comfortable. The owners have been very kind with us and the place is absolutely amazing to walk, discover the nature and getting some rest in total relax. We very suggest this place and we’ll come back soon!!

The flat was absolutely delightful! completely new, fully furnished and equipped and it is perfectly clean.The view over the mountain is superb, and especially in the morning when the sun is shining you can enjoy your breakfast in front of a wonderful view. The apartment was very warm and welcoming, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.The flat is spacious with a comfortable bedroom. . There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay - - hair dryer, microwave,toaster, handsoap, toilet paper... The country of Seulo is quaint and quiet but has all the basic shops you need (supermarket, 2 butcher shops, bar, newspaper shop, pharmacy) . There are plenty of good hikes in the area and pretty views. Check out the "Agriturismo Ticci" in the area for good home cooking & local dishes .The owner, and Virginia are absolutely reliable and fully supporting and available to good advices to discover the beauty of the places . Highly recommended for a quiet stay, fresh mountain air and beautiful views.I would definitely come back again!
