Carefully renovated accommodation blending contemporary design with mountain tones. Nestled in the heart of the village, just steps from the church and the Cartier farm, where tours and tastings of local products are possible. A private terrace and full amenities provide all the necessary comforts to this cottage, in a warm atmosphere. If sheets are rented, the beds are made. Saint-Avre, nestled in the heart of the Maurienne valley, offers numerous activities for nature lovers, heritage enthusiasts, and local discoveries. The region is famous for its legendary passes (Col de la Madeleine, Croix de Fer), popular with cyclists. In winter, nearby resorts such as Saint-François-Longchamp (15 km), La Toussuire/Les Sybelles (27 km), or Orelle/Val Thorens/Les 3 Vallées (30 km) offer a wide range of trails. The Grand Coin Nordic area offers a 70 km cross-country skiing area and 60 km of snowshoe trails. Many trails lead to magnificent panoramas such as those of the Maurienne valley and the Lauzière massif.
