In St François Longchamp (resort connected with Valmorel), in the Longes district,
apartment 6/8 people of 45m2. Renovated in 2025. 2nd floor with elevator. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room. 1 master suite (bed 140x190) with shower room. 1 bedroom with bunk beds (80x190). 3rd bedroom with sliding door (bed 130x190). 1 sofa bed in the living room (bed 140x190). 1 bathroom, separate toilet, balcony, ski locker, garage optional. Very functional and quiet. Shops at the foot of the residence (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, ski rental,...). Space for bicycles in the garage.

Winter: at the foot of the slopes thanks to the Marquis chairlift located just behind the building. Near ESF.
Summer: next to the Longes sports centre with 25m outdoor pool, tennis court, mini-golf.
