Get ready for an unforgettable getaway at the Wildrose Farmhouse, a charming remodeled 75-year-old farmhouse nestled on a sprawling 172 acres of beautiful countryside! This lovely home offers a delightful escape with 3 cozy bedrooms, including a comfy queen bed, a convenient queen sofa bed, darling twin beds in the loft, a rustic twin-over-full bunk bed, and even a pack-n-play crib for the little ones.
You'll love the two bathrooms—one featuring a shower/bathtub combo, and the other with a shower. Whip up delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, or enjoy family game night with our fun selection of games for all ages.
Step outside to discover your own peaceful countryside experience! Dive into the fabulous saltwater pool, soak in the spa, or gather around the outdoor fireplace while savoring delicious meals from the BBQ grill. Kids will adore the two playsets, and everyone can enjoy the breathtaking views of mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets.
The back deck is perfect for al fresco dining with a table for four, a fire pit table for evening chats, and plenty of yard games to keep the fun going. Do you love fishing? Grab a fishing rod from the main house and cast a line in the serene ponds and creek right on the property!
And let’s not forget our five lovable farm dogs! These friendly pups will bark a little, but they’re all bark and no bite. They are all free to roam the open acreage unleashed. If you’re concerned, we’d be happy to set up a “meet & greet” to help everyone feel at home! But, if you or anyone in your party is extremely afraid of dogs this guesthouse may not a suitable fit for everyone.

Shawn and Bruce couldn’t have been more welcoming! Our stay was fabulous and they are such wonderful people that it made it even better! The house was so very cozy and such a beautiful setting! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

Wildrose Farmhouse was the perfect setting for our Board of Directors team building and strategic planning retreat! We enjoyed sitting on the porches and enjoying our coffee in the mornings, watching the wildlife (rabbits & hummingbirds), and getting to love on the dogs, especially Ruckus and Maggie Mae.The pool, hot tub, and Sonic ice maker were huge hits. Shawn set up an extra table and chairs in the dining room to make sure our group of eight could all eat meals together, moved furniture so we would have plenty of space, and even pulled out and made up the sofa bed before we arrived since we would need all beds.Finally, Shawn was fantastic at answering the probably three dozen questions I sent her leading up to our trip. It was a fantastic weekend, and I would definitely return to the farmhouse!

We enjoyed our time here near Cleburne. The weather kept us from pool time everyday, but it is a beautiful setting with hot tub and waterfall. The farmhouse is surrounded by pretty landscaping. Plenty of thoughtful amenities make it feel warm and welcoming. It is an old house, which is part of the charm. The decor keeps it whimsical while having all the modern conveniences.
