Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!
DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.
Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

This unit is nice with an upgraded kitchen. The WiFi worked during our entire stay. The beds were comfortable. The view wad probably the best thing about this unit. I would rent it again.

The condo was very clean and had been newly renovated. Very high end kitchen and furnishings!

The down sides that are not that down unless your a elder with a bunch of luggage. Very few cart available during prime times checking in and out is the major disappointment. Other than that everything was fine. The indoor bar and outside bars where good. Drinks where fair. Could us a upgrade with all the new drinks today. Appetizers where actually pretty good. Tried all three in the week i was here.

was pretty clean , floor was sticky when we first came , coffee and creamer was old , the door frame to one of the doors was broken.
