Perfect location for our tournament. Clean, convenient place to stay. I stayed in the middle tower two bedroom and would go back.

View was beautiful and the hotel amenities were nice. Room was big and AC worked great. The room could use a fresh coat of paint, but was still really good.

We took our children to the beach for Christmas and had a wonderful time here! We have stayed in other locations in Myrtle Beach always leave thinking of all the things to change with the next trip. This time we were only thinking that we would definitely book here again!

Room was great. Cleaning staff was great. Security guards were great. Front desk staff not so much. Got a text on the trip down saying the room was ready, which was very exciting. Got there, while checking in the lady took 2 phone calls, and helped the employee beside her which I usually don’t mind but this time not so much…got in a room about 2 hrs early with an amazing view, got everything put up, went and got groceries and got back for everything put up and received a phone call at 8:30 saying we would have to move rooms because they made a mistake and put us in the wrong room. I had my 90 year old grandma with me that I had to move. To make things worse they offered the other person that was involved a 30% discount and offered me nothing….something doesn’t seem quite fair there….after that, the front desk manager that night, next day and the day I checked out(same lady front desk manager) was terrible! The rest of the staff that I interacted with was very nice and helpful. Great cleaning staff and great security guards. Because of the issue this was my first and last time staying at Baywatch!!
