It accommodates up to 8 guests, 5 in the main house and 3 in the dependance, in Pittulongu-Mare e Rocce, a quiet, splendid and strategic area, close to the services and nightlife of the Costa Smeralda, an ideal base for family or groups.
The villa is informal, very close by walk from the Mare e Rocce beach.

The internal garden is very quiet and offers privacy, the possibility to eat and relax outdoors, in the shade of a centenary mastic tree. Also in the garden there are outdoor shower and BBQ.
