Top Level: The top level features a wide-open floor plan with comfy living room furniture, a large dining table, a beautiful kitchen, a lovely king master suite with TV, massive decks, and a fantastic screened porch for entertaining!
Mid-level: The mid-level has a queen master suite with a TV, as well as, a bedroom with 2 singles and a bedroom with a queen with a TV that shares a hall bathroom.
Bottom Level: The ground level is where you will find the 5th bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed with a TV and a private bathroom. The washer and dryer are also located on this level.
Additional amenities include 5 TVs, an enclosed outside shower, large and spacious bedrooms, deck and porch furniture, and more!

As a guest at the Village at Ocean Hill, you can also enjoy two Pools, a fitness center for extra fees (fully equipped for all types of workouts) with both weight training and cardio equipment, basketball courts, sports courts (volleyball/badminton, shuffleboard, 4-square), a playground, two tennis courts, and your very own beach chair and umbrellas rental stand, as well as, Sharky's Snack Bar where you can enjoy cool drinks, ice cream, and snacks! • Community pools - We are implementing a policy that requires children who are not potty-trained to wear “swim pants” while using our community pools.

The home was nicely located near the clubhouse, pool, and the beach was easy to get to. Great for families that want to avoid commercial congestion but a little too far for those that want to be able to walk or bike to the center of Corolla. The house was a nice size for the family.

The pictures really wet not accurate of the way the house actually was. Very hard to see going down the last set of stairs. Also, needs better lighting in the laundry room. Dead bugs on the wall. It was very convenient to the beach &
pool.
