Exclusive, private building in the heart of Old Montreal only steps away from one of the cities most visited landmarks: Marché Bonsecours.
Filled with unique eastern art, this bohemian ”Maison” has 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms in each room. High end, comfortable mattresses, towels and accessories.
Fully equipped kitchen, lounge and living room. Large terrasse, private parking and so much more.
Excellent for families traveling together, a group of friends or a corporate get-together.
Private 3 floor residence. The main floor has a newly renovated kitchen, dining area, lobby, living room and laundry room. The first and second floor have 3 bedrooms on each floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower.
The property is located right in the heart of Old Montreal and yet it is an extremely private, gated residence with a large terrasse and parking spots for up to 3 cars.
Guests have a completely private, safe, luxurious property with prime location in Old Montreal. The property is located in the heart of the Old City but yet hidden on a small private alley making it quiet and comfortable for those seeking to relax while offering a unique space for private get-togethers without having to worry about bothering neighbors.

Dating to the 17th century, Old Montreal`s narrow cobblestone streets are full of lively plazas and charming boutiques, galleries, cafes and restaurants. Landmarks include the Notre-Dame Basilica, a soaring Gothic Revival church, and the Pointe-à-Callière museum with archeological ruins. Along the St. Lawrence River, the Old Port of Montreal is home to the Montreal Science Centre, the ferris wheel, the Bonsecours market and the iconic Clock Tower, with views from the top.

The closest metro station (5 minute walk) is Champ-de-Mars.

Ivan is the perfect host for a truly perfect property. The home is perfect for a large family or 6 couples as each of its six bedrooms are en suite and very comfortable. The main floor is expansive with a modern kitchen, beautiful dining area and living room. The house is very centrally located in the Old City, yet very private and secure. The house was even decorated for Christmas, complete with added sweets and via a! Thank you to Ivan and his team for a wonderful Christmas holiday.

Fabulous old home in the heart of Old Montréal. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were perfect for our family reunion. For all the showers, dishes, and laundry run, we never ran out of hot water. Sareka is delightful and so welcoming.

Excellent stay and the perfect location in Old Montreal. Close enough to where everything is busy but just a stone's throw away from the noisy streets. We hosted three generations of family and friends for my father's 90th Birthday and things could not have gone better. Sareka (the owner) was gracious, kind and a wealth of good advice. Highly recommended!

A jewel of a property ( we called it the Taj!) Ideal location for numerous activities. Loved Montréal. Sareka and Ivan were over the top in caring for us. Would return in a heartbeat.
