Designed for groups who want to stay together without sacrificing privacy or comfort, the residence features 6 individually designed bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, and accommodates up to 13 guests.
Filled with collected art, rich textures and bohemian influences from around the world, Maison Bohemia offers the character of a private home with the comfort and amenities of a boutique hotel.

The Space
Maison Bohemia is an exclusive three-floor residence reserved entirely for your group.
The main floor is designed for gathering, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bar, comfortable living and lounge spaces, and laundry facilities.
The upper two floors feature three bedrooms each. Every bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom and is thoughtfully appointed with quality mattresses, linens, towels and amenities.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large private terrace and gated courtyard—a rare luxury in the middle of Old Montreal.
The property also offers private on-site parking for up to 3 cars.

The entire residence is yours during your stay.
Although Maison Bohemia sits in the heart of one of Montreal’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, its location on a small private alley creates an unexpected sense of privacy and calm.

Ivan is the perfect host for a truly perfect property. The home is perfect for a large family or 6 couples as each of its six bedrooms are en suite and very comfortable. The main floor is expansive with a modern kitchen, beautiful dining area and living room. The house is very centrally located in the Old City, yet very private and secure. The house was even decorated for Christmas, complete with added sweets and via a! Thank you to Ivan and his team for a wonderful Christmas holiday.

Fabulous old home in the heart of Old Montréal. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were perfect for our family reunion. For all the showers, dishes, and laundry run, we never ran out of hot water. Sareka is delightful and so welcoming.

Excellent stay and the perfect location in Old Montreal. Close enough to where everything is busy but just a stone's throw away from the noisy streets. We hosted three generations of family and friends for my father's 90th Birthday and things could not have gone better. Sareka (the owner) was gracious, kind and a wealth of good advice. Highly recommended!

A jewel of a property ( we called it the Taj!) Ideal location for numerous activities. Loved Montréal. Sareka and Ivan were over the top in caring for us. Would return in a heartbeat.
