Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 28 m² flat in Samoëns with mountain views and ski station within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 11 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- Entrance: a double sofa bed and a bunk bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, oven and microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, etc.

- A bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Separate WC
Outside:
- A 6 m² south-facing balcony to make the most of fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Samoëns, in a very pleasant environment and 700 m from the Grand Massif resort. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Winter sports: skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoe trekking, dog sledding, tobogganing, etc.
- Summer: hiking, mountain biking, climbing, rafting, water skiing, stand-up paddle, etc.
- Samoëns town centre 2 minutes' walk away
- Geneva 1 hour away by car

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private basement car park.

Cosy Criou "🙂 Great location close to central Samoëns. Fantastically well equipped kitchen. Nice and cool inside despite outside heat.
🙁 Stale air inside which reminds you of being in a smokers home. Picking up keys in Taninges was a hassle when arriving by public transport."

Location is just 5 minutes from the center
Apartment is small but well equiped
