About this apartment rental

Located 300 m from the village center, 50m from the ski bus or small train (cinema stop "le Criou") and 500m from the ski lifts (Grand Massif Express GME), 1km from the leisure center of "Lac aux Dames" ;
Apartment, on the ground floor, in a chalet with 8 apartments, very quiet on the edge of the forest of the Giffre river in the classified village of SAMOENS;
Terrace with lawn, facing south, equipped with garden furniture, 10 m from the forest, with views of the mountains;
Fully furnished and very well equipped: separate bedroom with double bed and storage, sleeping area with 2 bunk beds insulated from the living room by a sliding door;
Living room with sofa bed for 2 people, storage spaces, dining area, TV + DVD player;
Equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, electric hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher;
Bathroom with bath and hand shower, separate WC;
Reserved covered parking in front of the apartment, ski locker on the side of the chalet;
Small Sherpa store 100m away;
Non-smoking, small animal "well-behaved" accepted;
Duvets, blankets and pillows provided, provide duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, tea towels and towels;
Electric heaters;
Cleaning payable by the tenant;
Reception by a person of trust, for the delivery of the keys, with whom you contact before your departure so that they can receive you in the best possible way according to your arrival time.

La Haute Savoie, une région magnifique. Samoens est entouré de montagnes dont certaines encore enneigées. Superbe séjour très reposant

Our favourite place to visit. The apartment was in great location plenty parking under cover from sun/snow .. Had everything we needed (no bed sheets had to got to shop to buy. didnt mention we needed sheets or it was missed by us oops) A little small for 4 adults but ok in summer as we sat outside most of the time . Apartment is a bit dated and ready for updating and renovation but I'm sure this will be done soon as other Apartments in the block were having work done during our stay . Any way great location plenty parking. Did the job for us as we're not to fussy would definitely come again Thanks
