Fantastic views of Beaver Stadium and conveniently located just minutes from downtown State College, Penn State University, and Boalsburg. A short drive to Mt. Nittany Winery. Walking distance to Mt. Great place. Cool location and views. Really nice house with everything we needed for our stay. Erik was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Very accommodating.

This is the place to stay in State College, close to campus, close to entrance to highway, and the view of Beaver Stadium at night and fire pit was icing on the cake. Well stocked with everything you need kitchen and bathrooms.

Had friends and family stay for sons graduation. Location was very convenient and had plenty of space. Property was clean and Erik was easy to deal with and very responsive to questions regarding the property. Highly recommend!
