About this house rental
Fantastic Views & Open Living Space! Updated, open floor plan mountain home with tons of natural light and views. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house comfortably accommodates 6 people. Updated bathrooms in each. The bedroom upstairs includes an en suite bath. Enjoy wood burning fires, deck off of the main living space with amazing mountain views. Private hot tub is just off the back and is well secluded for privacy. This home is perfect for family gatherings, friends and memories made by the deck & fireplace. Conveniently located in the quiet Eagle-Vail neighborhood, this house is a short drive to Vail & Beaver Creek. On the slopes in 15 min. Classic Colorado mountain living: world class summer activities nearby include community hiking trails and golf. Short distance to the grocery store and major retail.
The Space:
This mountain home provides comfortable living for 6 guests. The downstairs (which is on the ground floor) has two bedrooms that both come with comfy queen size beds. The first floor has a full bath that is recently updated with a whirlpool shower/tub for a relaxing bath or managing the kids. The bathroom floor is heated for comfort.
Upstairs is the main living space. It has the open space floorplan containing the living room, dining rooming with bar seating and access to an the outdoor deck with gas grill and beautiful mountain views. The main living space contains floor to ceiling glass and a wood burning fire place. The main bedroom is on this floor and has a very comfortable king size bed and a full en suit.
All rooms contain new smart TVs that have access to YouTube TV. The internet connection is very reliable & the upgraded router delivers 70 Mbps download speeds; adequate for work from home and Zoom meetings in the mountains.

Steve was incredibly helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and had to bother him early in the morning to get the access code. Even though we probably woke him up from a sound sleep, he was very eager and happy for us to get in. While on our vacation my partner and i were in an accident that left us banged up a bit. We can't say how nice it was to have such a beautiful and clean place to stay at to allow for us to rest up and heal. Great people, great place!

The location is perfect between Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts. The condo is well kept, clean and roomy. Very nice!

Great visit with our daughter in Colorado. This VRBO was in a great location right past the beautiful Beaver Creek Resort. The duplex unit was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Great mountain views.
