Amazing 3BD/2BA double vanity (each with a private toilet/tub/shower), spacious open concept living and dining area with 3 balconies and private access fishing rights. Communal hot tub is available year-round with a seasonal pool. Walking distance to most restaurants/shopping/transportation are within minutes
Nestled in majestic Eagle Vail, this beautiful Avon condo has a stylish ambience perfect for friends and family. This ultimate 4-season retreat offers a 3-bedroom/2 bath each with double vanity with separate toilet/tub/shower and skylights. The condo complex includes a year-round hot tub and seasonal pool just below the unit right along the Eagle River.
Enjoy world-class fun Beaver Creek, Avon and Vail Resorts, for skiing, ice skating, hiking, golf, SUP, fly fishing, and year-round festivals/concerts. A convenience store is right across the street and supermarkets, Walmart/Home Depot and an array of restaurants are a minute away.
There is also access to the Avon city bus system right outside the complex, or for skiing there`s an option to drive 1.5 miles to the Beaver Creek parking lot for $10. The Avon local community center offers a free and convenient shuttle to Vail Resort’s Gore Creek ski base as well.
This top floor end unit boasts sky lights in the kitchen, living room and bathroom and tall sliding doors throughout make this a sunny space. From The oversized down-filled sectional couch within a tall-ceiling open-concept living space is facing a 70` smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace. There is also free internet, Bose Bluetooth speaker and a well-appointed kitchen with all the amenities of home with high-end pots/pans/cutlery.
The condo has a generous sized mud room to place all equipment and shoes and jackets/gloves, etc. 2 parking spots are available (one undercover). Great location. Beautiful riverside view. It was a little hot without AC but overall a terrific experience. Would definitely stay again. Love that it came fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location worked perfectly for visiting Vail. This place is very clean and comfortable. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so be sure you can do steps. We enjoyed the comfort and convenience and would recommend staying here.
