8 / 10Excellent·Jun 2026
The property is spacious, well maintained, and light. It is well-situated near the beach, and the host was friendly and helpful (living with his family in the adjoining house.) We enjoyed our stay there.
Some minor negatives:
1. The self-catering facilities were minimal with only a microwave to prepare food and a minimum of utensils, all in a "kitchenette" the size of a wardrobe.
2. The TV could only be used if you already had your own subscription to Netflix or similar providers.
3, The "patio" was really part of the car port- not a place to sit and admire the view.
4. We had no car and regretted not hiring bicycles to get around more easily as it was a 20 minute walk to the shops and railway station.
In all other respects the apartment was excellent.

Great location near the beach with quick access to Copenhagen and Malmo. The owner was a pleasure to work with and a great communicator.
