You need to que up when you arrive and there is not enough chairs to sit in and the not comfortable in short you are not welcomed on arrival It seems more like up market student accommodation

Breakfast buffet was phenomenal and the hot springs were lovely and serene (recommend going in the morning when it’s less busy). Comfortable tatami floored rooms with lots of amenities. Requested extra pillows and rented ironing board and iron. Front desk staff are amazing.
