However, the true gem of this resort lies within its extensive water park, spanning an impressive 30,000 square feet. Delight in the ultimate aquatic adventures as you explore two indoor water parks, featuring thrilling water slides, a whimsical submarine, rejuvenating Jacuzzis, inviting pools, a colossal 250-foot lazy river, and much more. No matter the season, this water wonderland guarantees endless splashing fun throughout the year.
The front desk will issue a parking pass and wrist bands for swimming pools. It runs 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The code for the electronic lock to access the condo, which will be sent by email and text message.
POOL AMENITIES :
Open daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Please Note:
-No masks, goggles, snorkels, or headgear allowed on slides.
-Palms Speed Slide: 4 ft height requirement
-Palms Corkscrew Slide: 3 ft height requirement
- Located on the 1st floor, but a few stairs are required to access the unit.
Seasonal Notice:
Per FEMA regulations, pool area windows are removed in early May and reinstalled by mid–late November.
Renovation Update:
-Palmetto Pool Area: Closed Mon–Thu, Oct 7–30
-Palms Pool Area: Closed Mon–Thu, Nov 3–22

Loved our stay at Dunes Village Resort! The indoor waterparks were a huge hit with my grandkids! The room was the perfect size and having a full size fridge was great! Free garage parking across the street. I booked the day before and didn’t get the check in instructions email but as soon as I reached out it was texted to me within minutes! The code for the door is pretty long so I screenshotted it to have it on my phone to make it easier to get in! Checkout was easy…only confusion was with where to take the trash. I let the host know and they stated they would update the instructions with more detailed information!

We enjoyed the hot tubs and had a great view of the beach. It was just as listed. A reasonable way to be right on the beach.

Overall we had a pretty nice stay. However, the floor was dirty. The stove didn’t work properly. Maintenance was replacing the carpet outside of our door. The main issue was the stove. We brought two kids with us and planned on cooking spaghetti one night. It took an hour to boil a pot of noodles. Would not recommend staying here if you plan on cooking. If you’re eating out the entire time, it won’t be an issue.
