About this house rental

Enjoy a soothing getaway in the heart of an authentic, leafy region by staying in this former coaching inn that's been renovated into a comfortable house full of character! You'll love the location, the exterior and the quality of the interior! Whether you're with family or friends, Le Relais is the ideal place for a get-together. This gîte is located 15 km from ANTOINE DUPONT's restaurant in the village of CASTELNAU MAGNOAC (Haute Pyrénées).

With a surface area of 200 m², this house can accommodate up to 10 travellers and is composed as follows: Warm living area with fireplace overlooking the garden, very large fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms including a master suite with en-suite shower room, bathroom with bath, separate WC.

Accommodation:
Ground floor living area:
- Large, beautiful 40 m² living room with plenty of light thanks to its southern exposure, furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, hammock and coffee table centred around a functional fireplace.
- Billiards room with small sitting room in exposed stone.
- Modern 60 m² fully-equipped kitchen with wooden dining table, 10 chairs, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery. Access to a shaded north-facing terrace for midday meals.
- Laundry room with washing machine and toilet.

Night space on the 1st floor:
- South-facing master suite with double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. The bedroom opens onto a 25 m² balcony with two chairs and a table.
- Bedroom 2 (south-facing), 25 m², with double bed (140 cm x 200 cm).
- North-facing bedroom 3 (25 m²) with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and bunk bed.
- Bedroom 4 with two single beds.
- Colourful bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate WC.

Outside area :
North side: A spacious terrace, carefully positioned to the north, offering a cool, shady refuge even in the height of summer days.
South-facing: 400 m² enclosed, secure garden, carefully laid out with garden furniture and hammocks, inviting you to relax under the majestic trees. And don't forget the barbecue area for those convivial outdoor evenings.
Private parking space in the courtyard of the gîte without sacrificing the charm of its entrance.

For the more adventurous, you can try your hand at paragliding or bungee jumping.
