At home in Koserow are lovingly furnished, light-flooded 60 sqm with a beautiful and cozy sun terrace. All furniture and decorative items are designed to give you the feeling of feeling at home as soon as you open the door.
Located in a side street very quiet, far away from the main road and the train tracks, you can even hear the Baltic Sea in stormy weather. The neighbors in front of the house keep chickens where you can hear the rooster crowing. This underlines the rather rural location.
For the first time in the rental was this apartment from 2005 - 2019.
From 2019 to 2022 we felt very comfortable here ourselves and made it our home.
Now we have moved with our 4 large dogs (Broholmers) into a house with a large garden and offer you our home as a place where YOU can feel comfortable and spend your holiday.
Because this aspect makes us feel comfortable, feel at home, be able to arrive, find peace, enjoy... so important is this property is the name HOME IN KOSEROW.
ME(E)HR-ZEIT in Koserow
We offer you here two apartments, each of which has a parking space in the associated underground parking lot. The underground parking lot also offers enough space to park bicycles and from here you can reach the apartments directly via a staircase in the building.
Koserow is one of the amber baths. These are a group of seaside resorts on Usedom that include Koserow as well as the towns of Zinnowitz, Zempin and Loddin. The amber baths are characterised by their beautiful sandy beaches, picturesque landscape and fresh sea air.
The amber baths are very popular with holidaymakers and offer numerous leisure activities such as water sports, cycling, hiking and wellness. The towns have a good tourist infrastructure with restaurants, shops and rail connections.
The Amber Baths are also known for their historic architecture, especially the piers and bath-style villas. Particularly worth seeing is the 315-metre-long pier of Zinnowitz, which is one of the longest and oldest piers on the Baltic Sea coast.
In stark contrast to this is the pier in Koserow, which opened in 2018 and whose modern architecture blends harmoniously into the surroundings and offers visitors a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the coast.
