Highlights: This charming 3-bedroom home offers the best of both worlds. The home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and offers both privacy and water views. You are a short stroll to both the neighborhood pools and tennis/pickleball courts but also the beach access boardwalk. The neighborhood is well suited to biking and walking. Often, guests rent golf carts and take advantage of the golf cart parking lot near one of the neighborhood boardwalks. You can also park at the large pool.
Located on the gulf side of scenic Ft. Morgan Road between mile markers 6 and 7, the Morgantown community features two swimming pools and two tennis courts. There are four community beach access & boardwalks to the beach. The neighborhood is walking & biking friendly.

This home is BEAUTIFUL and was the most stocked rental I have used in the area. My family and I choose a different home every year and this one offered everything you could think of. The kitchen has every accessory and essential including everything for the grill(which is a green egg might I add) We decided not to do beach front this year, but the beach access was a very short walk, we didn’t realize how close it was and the home sits in a dead end with no house next to it or across the street, so it’s good if you have children outside just playing as enjoying themselves. Consider this home for your next vacation, you won’t be disappointed.

Close access to beach but with cul-de-sac privacy… was nicely decorated and felt like staying at a friend’s home
