Centrally located in beautiful downtown Kingsville this century old bungalow has been newly renovated for our guests' comfort.
Just 2 blocks from the downtown center you are just steps from the many restaurants, brew pubs and shops Kingsville offers. Lakeside Park is a short 15 minute walk where you can enjoy beautiful views of Lake Erie as well as many of the numerous festivals and events offered throughout the year.
The house has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom all tastefully decorated. The primary and secondary bedroom both feature a queen size bed while the 3rd bedroom has a twin day bed.
Outside our large backyard is waiting for you to unwind, BBQ and enjoy the gardens. Your furry friends will be safe in the fully fenced yard with lots of room to run around.
The front door is equipped with a self entry electronic deadbolt with a private code. The side and back doors are equipped with deadbolts for access from the inside only during your stay. License #STR25-002

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love this rental! The host is so nice, very accommodating and great with communication. Each time we’ve stayed, we had absolutely everything we could possibly need. The house is clean, well stocked and in a great location with a fabulous yard for the pups! Thank you so very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! :)
