Apartment in a two-family house, the house is located above the village of Rio Elba, equipped with an independent entrance, is composed as follows: very large living room with American kitchen, single sofa bed, TV with satellite programs. The bathroom with shower. small bedroom with double bed, private parking space on the property. The apartment has a terrace with private porch and has a view of the hills and the village, terrace organized with table, chairs and sofa, . There are two roads that lead to the house, the first is narrow and uphill and passes through the center of the village, and is two-way traffic, the second via Volterraio is smoother but longer and descends from the top of the village. ROADS NOT SUITABLE FOR LARGE AND LONG CARS, AT LEAST YOU ARE NOT GOOD DRIVERS. the tranquility and the position of the house allows a holiday in complete relaxation, without being far from the village, in fact the village square is only 300 meters, 5 minutes walk from the house. In a few minutes by car you can reach the various beaches of the island. For a group of more than 3 people you can book the two-room apartment next door called "APPARTAMENT BLU" which can accommodate another 3 people
