About this house rental
All the charm and comfort in this small house of 60m² for 4 people maximum (children included). Located in a quiet area and close to the sea and next to Marineland. Little extra: pretty private terrace with a view of the swimming pool.
10 minutes walk from the first beaches and private parking in the property.
Modern and neat décor, new fully equipped interior. The 60m² are perfectly well distributed, large bright rooms.
Open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (fridge, hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery). Bathroom with large walk-in shower.
A sleeping area of about 25m² has been arranged into 2 bedrooms separated by curtains, a large double bed (140*190cms) and a modular sleeping area with 1 or 2 single beds depending on occupancy.
Miscellaneous: Free internet access (wifi), iron and ironing board, parking, air conditioning, heating, TV (TNT), bed linen provided (towels on request).
Private terrace with a view of the swimming pool (secured by barrier). The owners invite you to enjoy the swimming pool with them in a friendly atmosphere between 10 am and 6 pm (usually from mid-May to mid-September).
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility, pets not allowed.
Ideal rental for a family. Exclusively non-smoking.
The maisonette is classified as a 3* furnished tourist accommodation.
The rental is from Saturday to Saturday from April until October, outside these periods different arrival/departure days from Saturday can be offered (minimum 7 nights), as well as monthly rental.

The property was well equipped with everything you would need. Lovely bungalow, even though close to main house we never felt any lack of privacy. Secure off street parking for our hire car. Supermarket, train station and beach and town centre all within 10 minutes drive. Absolutely stunning part of France! Would definitely return, Thank you Céline and Christophe.
