Holiday home Niu crobu

This was a great find! First of, Paolo was a very reliable host who was easy to communicate with and lives very close to the house. Every question we asked was answered very quickly. The property sits on top of a hill with a view of the bay. The balcony on top of the place was picture perfect for lack of a better description. Although it was a little chilly when we were there (mid Jan), we still went outside with our coffees and watch the sun come up. The house itself has essentially three floors. The bottom has the kitchen, dining and a living area with a TV. The other bathroom is located down there as well. The second floor has also another bathroom with a bigger living area that has a pullout couch that two of my kids slept on. The third is where the bedrooms are. Right in front of the master bedroom are stairs that lead out to the balcony that I mentioned earlier. Paolo had a big bottle of water and some snacks ready when we met him at the place which saved us because by the time we were done dealing with the rental place at the airport, all stores/markets were closed on the island. He also gave us some ideas of places to go and hangout as well as eat (it was off season so most places were closed). The only slight negative thing I'd add here is the road leading up to the place. It's quite narrow and GPS stated that we had arrived at somebody place at the bottom of the hill. If you haven't climbed up a fairly steep road that looks like it's leading to nowhere, you are not there yet. I would love to come back to this place in the summer; it was such a lovely stay.
