Welcome to your home away from home at Beachy Keen #501.
Located in the heart of Destin along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Chateau Le Mer II is a beautifully landscaped, family-friendly complex situated in its own private community just off the popular Scenic Highway 98. A short walk(360 steps to be exact) away from Florida’s Emerald Coast and the famous “sugar sand” on our private beach.
Plan your day on your own personal front or back porch, consider all of the amenities we have to offer to plan a leisurely(or exciting!) day. Perhaps you would like to take a dip in the private, seasonally heated community pool or a game of tennis. Enjoy grilling out on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic areas after a fun day exploring or take a relaxing stroll to local restaurants. The clubhouse is also available to rent for special occasions.
Our 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo sleeps 6 comfortably and offers space to spread out. This unit has with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Beautiful Carrara marble countertops/mosaic backsplash and stainless steel appliances will greet you in our fully stocked kitchen with everything your family could need in your home away from home. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a walk-in tiled shower ensuite. The second bedroom comfortably houses two queen-sized beds. A second full bathroom is conveniently located with access to the common areas. A utility room off of the back porch has a full-sized washer and dryer, making it easier to leave the sand at the beach. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.
FREE Beach Service Included - 2 Chairs and Umbrella,
Beach service is March 1st through October 31st.
Snowbird Season runs from November thru February for this unit.
For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Only negative is the walk to the beach was far (management cant help that). The pool was not heated and really to cold to get in. Other than this everything was great.

Stay was very nice. The fees were as much as the room rental.

This condo claimed to be completely renovated and some of it was but looks like things were not finished. The closet in the master has pieces of the shelving all over and you put a shirt on the shelf and the shelf falls down-many details missed. The condo also claims to sleep 6 which it did with no problems but there is a table for 2 and 2 additional barstools at the counter. If you sleep 6 you should have dining seats for 6. The oven broke on day 3 and the one of the stove top burners stopped working the following day. The solution was an air fryer-not big enough to cook for a family of 6. I know this is of no fault of the owners.
