It's all about community in Hidden Springs, a peaceful gathering of homes and businesses nestled into the foothills just above Boise. Nominated as 'The Nicest Place in Idaho', Hidden Springs offers incredible amenities amongst the picturesque streets including: a clubhouse, fitness center, pool (open seasonally - typically Memorial Day to Labor Day), parks, events-barn, mercantile, businesses, and nearby outdoor activities like hiking/biking trails. The grand front porch entry calls for quiet evenings, where neighbors wave hello as they pass by, no matter the season. This spacious home sits on a corner lot, with generous decorative windows illuminating the interior with natural light and brightness. Newly refinished hardwood floors, wood cabinetry, and built-ins add richness and warmth to the cozy and airy interior. The home boasts plenty of gathering spaces including a main floor living room with fireplace, upstairs bonus room loft, office, formal dining room, breakfast nook with accompanying barstool seating at the island, and outdoor seating on the porch. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine. The pool is seasonal (typically Memorial Day to Labor Day - weather dependent). All bedrooms are located upstairs on the second level.

This house is by far one of the best rental properties I've ever stayed in. It is a beautiful home with great bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. The back yard is lovely and has great landscaping. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large and private. The owners are very responsive and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this rental. I look forward to staying here again someday. Thank you for the care and thoughtfulness you have placed in this rental.

There were excellent amenities both in the house and in the surrounding area. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. The pool and gym were clean and a 2 minute walk away. The fall scenery was absolutely beautiful! Such a thoughtful and well stocked interior with everything you could possibly need. We loved it here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the beds are really comfortable. The Location is perfect for shopping. Easy access to supermarkets and there is a small grocery, coffee shop and eatery within walking distance. Great Stay!
