Featuring a fully equipped gourmet balcony, and a master suite with a king-size bed and a double bed, air conditioning and Netflix, a wardrobe with a work or study desk, to better serve you.
The neighborhood is super residential (Altos da Serra) and its surroundings have everything from distributors and grocery stores to snack bars.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Check-in is available from 10:00 AM.
- Check-out is until 8:00 AM.
There is a possibility of check-out being later if there are no rentals on that day.
- We charge an additional R$40.00 per person who will be passing through the house, and payment will be made via PIX (Brazilian instant payment system).
- We do not rent through Vrbo for PARTIES, get-togethers, or general social gatherings.
- We accept small pets, provided they stay in the outdoor area (they are not allowed in the bedroom or on the beds).
- The two outdoor restrooms are closed in the accommodation rentals.
