Localização excelente, próximo a restaurantes, supermercados, farmácias. Estrutura do condomínio muito boa!
O apartamento não estava como nas fotos. Não tinha filtro instalado e não dispunha de água potável para consumo. Não possuía forno elétrico, apenas fogão e micro-ondas. Sofá cama da sala muito desconfortável. Móveis bem usados, armários precisando de reparos. A limpeza também deixou a desejar. Haviam roupa de cama e banho e tapetes secando no varal de cão da varanda. Coberturas com cheiro ruim. Vários pontos de mofo e infiltração no apartamento.

Localização do prédio.
As camas muitos quando deitam os pés cai . Num quarto a cama parece uma tábua de dura. Falta muitos utensílios domésticos. E o anfitrião não foi cordial. Pelas gotos parece muito bom , mais na realidade não .
