Minutes away from the beautiful AFAC Chapel.The breath taking Garden of the Gods with hiking, biking and horseback riding. Shop the old world charm of Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. With easy access to I-25,this home is located 15 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and the Olympic Training Center. The base of Pikes Peak and Santa's Workshop are just over the hill, on the way to the city above the clouds (Woodland Park).

Nice location and very peaceful neighborhood. Deer just roam around the neighborhood and enjoy eating the grass in the front yards. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Located very close to The Garden of the Gods. Approximately a 10min drive. House had everything we needed for a pleasant stay ッ
