Lovely 3 bedrooms 1.5 baths nestled in the foothills of Colorado Springs. New furnace and air condition just installed. Minutes away from the beautiful AFAC Chapel.The breath taking Garden of the Gods with hiking, biking and horseback riding. Shop the old world charm of Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. With easy access to I-25,this home is located 15 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and the Olympic Training Center. The base of Pikes Peak and Santa's Workshop are just over the hill, on the way to the city above the clouds (Woodland Park).
We do not live in the home anymore and it is completely open for your enjoyment and privacy.

The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Only suggestion would be to maybe have a couple throw blankets available while setting in tv family area. Just a personal preference as the ac vent is placed in the ceiling. Overall nice place, great location, was there over 4th of July holiday and very quiet, comfortable area!

The home was just as described. It was clean and comfortable for my family of 4. We were visiting my sister who lives on the AF Base so it was close to her and everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe. There was a park right up the road that the kids loved going to each evening. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Colorado Springs. The only thing that would make it better is a king bed in the master bedroom.

We loved seeing the neighborhood deer, and my kids really liked having their own rooms on a trip. We enjoyed our stay in the house very much, and price was right. 20-30 minutes to the airport. House is adorable, clean and well thought out with amenities. The host was friendly and answers immediately. Extremely clean and comfortable. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is extremely convenient, with great access to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and everything else Colorado Springs has to offer. The property was great all around. Communication with property management was top notch as they even reached out to warn us of an unexpected winter storm that was occurring on the day of our arrival. Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Looks and smells like grandma's house, but the look isn't a problem and the smell was easily fixed by unplugging the plug-in air fresheners and opening the windows for a while. Saw rabbits and mule deer right across the street, which was cool. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Over all good, could have used 4-5 extra blankets, silver ware was pretty bare, no small spoons for little ones, and could use more lighting in family room. Really just minor inconvenience nothing that really bothered our stay. Woke up to snow and when we went to leave the first day the snow had been removed from the drive way, thanks!!!

This was our 2nd time staying at this home. It has has all that you need to enjoy your time in the Springs. Convenient to all that the Springs has to offer. Quiet neighborhood, park up the street and Ute nearby. Dena was a pleasure to work with during the process.

Location is perfect to avoid traffic along I-25 while visiting hiking hot spots. Garden of the Gods IS OPEN despite road closures. Highly recommend booking a guided tour of Colorado Wolf & Wildlife Center to learn about amazing conservation & re-introduction efforts. Afterwards, grab lunch at Joanie’s Deli in Woodland Park. Also enjoyed T’Bryds in Colorado Springs for delicious tacos & friendly staff.

We spent 3 nights at this property and it was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfy and having 2 different living/family rooms allowed our family to either come together or spread out as desired. All communications with the property owner were easy and responses were fast. For the activities we had planned during our stay (Garden of the Gods, Pikes's Peak, Manitou Springs), the location of this house was great. It was tucked into a quiet neighborhood but was only 10-15 minutes away from activities. We would definitely stay here again!

We value family living. With teenagers and a ‘tweenager’, we have an active bunch. We enjoyed being able to return home from each daily activity and come immediately into our private home-space. Whether the kids running in the neighboorhood, some of us sitting in the back yard, using the patio grill, gathering at the family table, sitting in the den ... we were able to enjoy home life, something you don’t get with two hotel rooms and ‘public shared space’ the moment you step out of the room. The house was comfortable, well appointed, and located close to all of our vacation bucket list. Reservations, payments, and communications were great — an all-around great experience.
