Settle into this cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome and immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of Beachtown. Two bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms with the third bedroom adjacent to the bathroom. The property includes 4 porches including, a private porch off the Primary Suite and a large screened-in porch at the ground level.
This townhome is located along the east of Galveston Island where The Strand (retail, dining, and nightlife), Galveston Historic District, and many other tourist attractions are only minutes away.
The Porch Cafe, community swimming pool, and beach are only a short walk from the front door!
1st Level - galley kitchen, dining room, living room, full bath, and bedroom with queen-size bed
2nd Level - primary suite with adjoining bathroom with double vanities, second bedroom with king bed and adjoining bathroom and single vanity, twin bed in alcove, and full-size washer and dryer.
Ground Level - garage parking for one car, screened-in porch
Community Pool Pass available for a fee of $100 per reservation
Beach Chairs and Umbrellas available for $55 per set/per day - 48 hours notice required for setup

Pros: Sparklingly clean. Fantastically comfortable beds. Inviting living spaces. Easy beach access and views, with pleasant natural light all day. Cons: Kitchen was a bit sparsely equipped relative to the high quality of the property.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the attention to detail. The house was equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home.The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning ocean views from multiple levels. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee while soaking in the beautiful scenery. The comfortable beds made for restful nights after our fun-filled days.Traveling with our four children, we were thrilled to find that the house met all of our needs. The beach toys, chairs, and wagon provided made packing so much easier and allowed us to travel lighter. The kids had a blast playing on the beach, and we all enjoyed the spectacular fireworks display from the shore, which was a highlight of our trip!I highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation spot. You won't be disappointed! Five stars all the way!
