About this apartment rental
Situated on the east end of the island, our beachfront condominium is near the intersection of the seawall and the main entrance to the island. Enjoy easy access to the Seawall and historical district’s parks, shopping, museums, trendy cafes, and cultural hotspots, making your stay as comfortable and customizable as you desire. There are no meters or other hassles of street parking here as parking is in a designated lot on the north side of the building, with other overflow parking available if needed. The open-concept living room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With the relaxing view of the beach, it's the perfect space to unwind! Leave your cares, pool towels, and other amenities behind. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and appliances. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for added privacy. A generous amount of pool towels are provided and can be exchanged at the front desk as often as needed to enjoy the on-site heated pool and hot tub. Other onsite amenities for your enjoyment include tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, picnic grills, and hammocks. Our management team is committed to ensuring your living experience is smooth, enjoyable, and sure to produce fond memories. Great stay overall. Unit 1014 was stylish, clean and nicely decorated plus the AC was responsive and quiet.The front desk customer service is improved especially with Jose and Vickie. Please keep this a priority.

Lovely stay, but for a few issues: 1) There were numerous electrical outlets out of service. We had to run several extension cords to access power throughout the condo. 2) The sound transfer from the end unit next door was alarming. Conversations could be understood and they weren't yelling. Additional drywall, second wall, or other acoustic treatment would be expensive but necessary to remedy such a difficult problem. 3) the unit needs refreshing of paint and minor repairs. 4) the tires on the luggage rollers were too under pressure and would't handle well enough to take heavy load. 5) the air blowing into the secondary bedroom has a rattling sound.
