Cosy, pet friendly cottage for 2 in pretty countryside

Beautiful tranquil stay in the perfect little cottage - the hosts are just lovely and so helpful - the pool and area was a huge bonus. Highly recommend all round.

Our 10 days were lovely. Amanda and Robin are very kind and hospitable. They made our stay comfortable and pleasant. We love the garden and swimmingpool.

Idyllic setting in a tiny village surrounded by farmland. Plenty of walks with very little traffic to worry about. Small town nearby with a couple of restaurants and a supermarket. Historic town of Cognac under an hour away with plenty of shops and bars. The property itself is superb. Very well kitted out with everything that you could possibly need. It’s hard to imagine a more perfect place for a bit of quiet time and a place to relax. Heated pool and a games room with snooker table table-tennis, books and games This place really does have everything including high speed internet Large private garden, absolutely perfect for the dog; Then there is the jewel in the crown which is the lovely hosts living next door Amanda & Robin have been doing this for over a decade and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. We had car trouble and Amanda fixed us up with a local mechanic and drove us into town whilst our vehicle was being fixed. The only thing that we did wrong was to book for a week when we would have liked to stay for a fortnight at least.
