About this house rental
Now accepting reservations for (4) nights minimum stay through May of 2026. During peak season, June 01 thru September 05, (7) night minimum stay is required, Saturday thru Saturday. Heated pool not avail from Dec 01, thru March 31
This amazingly maintained Beach Home, is going into its fourth season on the market as a vacation rental. Our home has a large living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a one half bathroom.
The home is located on the west end of Holden Beach, on a small dead end road, which is steps away from the beach. Enter our home up from the front steps and you will walk into the main Living, Dining, and Kitchen areas. Off the main living space is the Primary bedroom with a King bed and full bath; there is also a half bathroom and laundry room on same floor.
On the second floor are two bedrooms. First bedroom has a Bunk bed (for children only), and a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, both areas are split with a Jack and Jill full bathroom. Both bedrooms have doors to exit onto the upper deck.
The backyard has a putting green area and a 13x 26 pool. We hope you and your family will enjoy our home as much as we do.

The house and pool were very clean. Roy gave updates and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Beach access was right across the road. Perfect small beach town atmosphere for a peaceful stay.

Our time in Holden was amazing. The property was clean and convenient. However, we were not told that gas for the grill and putters and balls were not provided. Therefore we had to buy a cheap charcoal grill. No one can sleep on the top bunk because it is very unreliable, so we had to buy an air mattress for our smallest child. Roy sent us a 350 invoice claiming that we left sand in the washing machine, cracked the bunk ladder and for leaving the charcoal grill that we had to buy. We didn’t have the room to take it home. He could not provide me pictures of the claims of sand in the washer or a cracked bunk ladder. As I mentioned, no one even used top bunk. And sand in the washer in a beach house is inevitable even though we are super diligent about it. I also told him it would be nice if he left the grill for the next guests to enjoy since he doesn’t provide gas for his. Roy was very nice at first but I was completely taken aback when he dropped that invoice on us after our stay. I will not be paying him anymore money!
