This charming Alaskan themed home is the perfect escape! Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, it offers a peaceful and cozy place to relax and unwind. Whether looking for a winter wonderland getaway or an adventure in the magnificent outdoors, this Alaskan theme home will deliver a truly special stay. Book now and start planning your perfect escape!.4This is a 4 bedroom, 2000 sq ft home with a fully equipped kitchen to fix your family or group`s meals. There is a large smart TV in the living room and master bedroom, with free Wi-Fi. We have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. Bedroom 1 has a full bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom 4 is the master with a king bed and it`s own bathroom. Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the fenced front yard. We have a pool table , Pac Man video game, board games, and a few toys for the kids. Laundry facilities in the home.
We will be available via text or phone call. We have our own place in town and are about 15 minutes away if we are needed on the property. We have a security system that allows us to view the outside of the property if there are issues. Secure key-less entry allows guests to remotely check in with us.
The home is located in the Shannon Park area. There is a cute family friendly park a block and a half away with a swing set, play equipment, picnicking area, and ball fields. The city, with shopping, restaurants, river walk, museums and nightlife all within just a few minutes’ drive. Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing, and more are all close by as well.
We have a longer driveway that easily accommodates 2 vehicles, and several just off the street parking spaces along our fence line. Uber, Lyft, or taxis can take you here, and public bus transportation can drop you about 8 blocks away.
We have great relationships with our neighbors and would like to keep it this way! Please be respectful of them and keep the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM

Absolutely no sitting or laying on the pool table.
All garbage must be bagged and the bags go in the bin next to the parking spot. On Sundays please take the garbage bins to the end of the driveway and place next to the mailbox.
Please be considerate of the neighbors. We have great relationships with them and want to continue to keep it that way!
Upon check out, leave all dishes washed (can be left to dry in the dish drainer), and empty the garbage.

The house is setup nicely. The pool table adds a relaxing activity at the end of the day. It is kept up nicely and is very clean. The home owner gave helpful suggestions and always responded promptly. I would recommend this property.

The home was in a good location and had the perfect amount of space and amenities for our family. The host went above and beyond in her communication with us. We would love to give this place a 5 star review, but can't in good conscious do so. The house was not clean. We had to wash bedding before using after finding multiple soiled areas, including bloody snot on the sheets. There were dishes that had caked on food, the microwave and fridge had not been wiped out and the counters and floors had crumbs all over them. The table cloth was stuck to the table from a spill that had been left and there was hair build up in the shower drains and dried urine around the toilet. I could go on about the filth but you probably get the idea. We did not complain to the host as we were exhausted and just needed a place to stay. It was Thanksgiving day and nothing else was available. It is my hope that the host gets to the bottom of this and finds a new cleaning lady, because otherwise this would be a 5 star stay.
