Magnificent southward location directly above beaches, almost no traffic on narrow street promenade in front of the 3 storey house. Marvellous view from generous living room first floor and adjacent big terrace. Equipment complete except for WiFi (expectable nowadays, lacking should be indicated in offer), walls of bedrooms in second floor not really soundproof, refurbishing of second floor rooms including doors desirable.

had a lovely month and house was perfect for my husband and I and two brothers in law. various family members came to visit for a night or two and plenty space for all. location was perfect. couldnt ask for more

Excellent location themed house of a very high standard and well equipped. Unfortunately no internet available so bring your own. Showering a bit of a nightmare as you have to hold the shower head in your hand. Simple job for the owner to fix in time for the next arrivals. Would suggest that you get in the queue. This house is a must for a large family and 9/10 people

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison très agréable, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée (même si elle est sur 3 niveaux !). La propriétaire se préoccupe de la satisfaction des locataires (petit coup de fil à l'arrivée) et est très disponible. La situation de la maison est idyllique : en bord de mer, dans un quartier très calme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le village de Larmor et l'île de Groix, à 45 minutes de Lorient, est à visiter. Seul bémol, le jardin est minuscule. Mais le balcon est bien aménagé et il est tout à fait possible de prendre ses repas dehors. A conseiller vivement pour toute famille souhaitant découvrir les merveilles de ce joli coin de Bretagne en logeant dans une jolie maison, très propre et où l'on se sent "chez soi" !

Nous avons loué la maison,une semaine, pendant les vacances de la Toussaint et il a fait très beau ,ce qui ne gâte rien. La maison est très agréable ,très bien aménagée et très fonctionnelle .La vue sur la mer dépayse complètement . Je conseille vivement cette location .

en régate à lorient, moi et mon équipage avons loué cette maison pour deux jours: tout a été parfait, du confort à la propreté, de l'équipement à la situation. et cette vue magnifique sur la citadelle!!!

maison exceptionnellement bien placée face à Port Louis, dans un quartier résidentiel calme.. Plage en bas de la maison. Equipement excellent. Commerces à proximité immédiate. Maison propre et bien tenue. Maison sur trois niveaux.

un seul regret : le manque d'espace extérieur (balcon un peu étroit, pas d'espace horizontal devant la maison) Maison très propre et bien entretenue
