Great location, close to the beach. We were with a dog, lots of space for the animal, safe area without cars.
It's hard to write anything bad. In such a beautiful place you basically go back to the apartment to sleep. There are so many wonderful places in the area (beaches, restaurants, bars)

Relaxing stay by the ocean
What an incredible place to relax. A great resort overall, amazing value for money- highly recommended! Friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely pay the extra charge for the seaview, it's so worth it! A beautiful sandy beach with small dunes is just across a gorgeous meadow (5min) - a true surfers paradise (do take a windbreaker!) - and the heated swimming pool with plenty lounge chairs and wc is great too for the windier days and has a shallow section for kids. Booking for a whole week is cheaper than for 4-6 days. Dog friendly (1 animal allowed), the pet charge for a week was €65 (otherwise I think it's €12 a day). Note: the beach prohibits dogs in July & August. Plenty of walking space around. A really comfortable little house with all that you need. It has a sofabed downstairs (easy pull out) +3 single beds upstairs (we put two together), note the spiral stairs to get up. Each house has a nice terrace with garden furniture, with partitions for privacy (note it's not fully fenced off and dogs need to be on a lead), there's also a balcony upstairs (good chillout spot for the doggo). The kitchen is fully equipped (all utensils, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker but no oven or washing machine - laundry possible at a small charge). The living room has a small TV (possible to set language to original audio for English programmes), a foldable dining table with chairs, and just enough storage space. Comfortable bathroom with a great shower. Location is ideal if you want peace and quiet but it's in a walking distance to local shops & great restaurants. Nice path along the road for hiking, jogging, etc.
We stayed in May/June and didn't need air conditioning but there's a thermostat in the house - not sure how it's in hot temperatures but the house has two entrances so possibility to air it easily. We really enjoyed our stay.
It's just a general note about traveling in France, as usual, there's an extra charge for bed linen/towels and an optional cleaning fee. We used our own sleeping bags/towels and cleaned the place ourselves. Note, the night before you need to book an "inspection" visit before 10am check-out, which was quick and easy, just to see that it's hoovered, bins emptied, kitchen/bathroom clean. When you check-in online you need to provide credit card details (€1 nominal charge) for the security deposit - if any damage I believe it's €300. Car park is some distance from some of the houses (it's a pedestrian zone throughout the resort) but you can get a trolley from the reception. Really nothing of an issue for us to report. Maybe some extra cleaning products (tiny welcome box provided) and some condiments (salt/pepper) would be nice if the were provided.

Great short stay in front of the sea
Very functional bungalow, well equipped. Perfect with dogs (slate floor). Supposedly only one dog allowed. Off season the location is awesome, ready access to beach and walks, calm environment. The sea view was well worth it as we somehow ended up in the corner bungalow. Restaurant options within 5 min drive.
Overall all went well. The intake lady is helpful but a bit prickly. Chances are she has seen it all… We elected to do the early departure option (bypassing the exit inspection) and it went fine.

La posizione ma solo quella della nostra camera perche se fossi stata in un'altra zona del villaggio,probabilmente non sarei rimasta
molto diverso da come appariva nelle foto. La stanza non era molto accogliente, ma soprattutto uno dei due letti era un divano letto, e abiamo trovato peli di animali e capelli sui materassi.Quando abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception, soprattutto perchè uno di noi è allegico al pelo di gatto e abiamo temuto che quei peli fossero di gatto, ci è stato risposto solamente "ci dispiace"

Logement tout confort proche de toutes commodités. L’isolation phonique est top, bien que les logements soient collés les uns aux autres et que nous avions tous des enfants, nous n’entendions pas ces derniers une fois à l’intérieur.
Seul bémol, nous sommes tombés sur des voisins fumeurs… les terrasses étant collées nous prenions toute leur fumée et odeurs dès que nous voulions profiter de la terrasse. Je comprends que les fumeurs veuillent aussi profiter mais pour les non fumeurs (migraineux qui plus est) peut-être serait-il intéressant d’inviter les fumeurs à fumer côté entrée et non sur la terrasse pendant que les voisins mangent…

La proximité de la mer était très agréable et le village à proximité plutôt sympa.
Promiscuité avec les voisins, on entend tout. Il faut tout emmener draps, serviettes, produits d'entretien malgré le prix et les locations ne sont équipées que de petits lits séparés sauf un canapé en bas de 1,40m. En fait ce sont les locataires qui font le ménage.

L’emplacement proche de la plage.
L’accueil froid et refus de rembourser le prix du ménage pris pour un chien que nous n’avions pas « ah ça. Débrouillez-vous, on ne rembourse pas ».
Parking sous dimensionné et non éclairé (les soirs on a été obligé de rentrer et sortir en marche arrière de chaque rangées pour vérifier s’il y a de la place car 0 éclairage).
Notre chambre avait des remontés de mauvaises odeurs de canalisations.

Lors de notre arrivée, un chariot nous a été mis à disposition pour pouvoir transporter les bagages du parking à notre logement.
Le lieu est calme, reposant.
Il y a des rideaux et des volets ce qui permet de passer ses nuits dans le noir absolu.
La piscine est de taille tout à fait convenable et est pratique pour les enfants ( coin pataugeoire et bassin d'1m20 de profondeur).
Le seul petit "bémol" était la température de la piscine. Il est indiqué sur le règlement de la piscine que celle-ci est chauffée à 28°, il y a également une bâche ou un rideau qui est visible pour couvrir la piscine la nuit.
Cependant, la piscine n'était pas chauffée ou alors ne paraissait pas l'être, et le soir nous avons remarqué que la piscine n'était pas couverte . Les coins au sol étaient pleins de saleté et il y avait pas mal de moustiques à la surface.

Nous avons pu faire pas mal d'activités à proximité.
Nous avons loué un appartement de 5 personnes alors que nous étions que trois pour bénéficier d'une chambre pour notre petite fille et sans regrets car les appartements sont quand même relativement petits.

Die grundsätzliche Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft: es war besenrein aber eben nicht sauber. Die Betten waren etwas hart. Vermutlich durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit ein paar Stockflecken an den Türen. Das Haus besitzt eine Lüftungsanlage in Küche und Bad, diese ist in der Küche relativ laut und auch im oberen Geschoss deutlich zu hören (dort stehen die Einzelbetten).

Emplacement génial, logement bien, accueil moyen, mais un mauvais souvenir.
Vacanséole accepte les animaux de compagnie moyennant un surcoût de 12 € par jour, quelle que soit la taille de l'animal, et sans possibilité de négocier. Pour 10 jours, une dépense de 120 €.
En l'occurrence notre petite chienne de 8 kg a du consommer au maximum 1/2 litre d'eau par jour...
Jamais nulle part on ne nous a demandé une telle somme: en général 5 ou 6 €, voir rien du tout!
Vacanséole devrait refuser tout simplement les animaux, au risque de perdre des clients. Là, ils ont eu des clients, mais des clients mécontents. Dommage...

Llegamos al anochecer y no se veía nada de camino al apartamento, muy difícil caminar por ese caminito de tierra y sin luz.
La cama era muy pequeña, teniendo en cuenta que éramos dos con un bebé (lo cual señalé en la reserva), las almohadas estaban llenas de bollos y era imposible dormir con ellas.
Y en ningún momento ponía que había una escalera de caracol, muy estrecha además, para subir al segundo piso.

No fuimos al alojamiento. Una vez hecho el pago, a la hora de hacer el checking, había cargos extra no informados previamente por las sabanas y toallas y por la limpieza,. El cargo adicional duplicaba el precio de la noche. Decidimos no ir al alojamiento pues nos sentimos estafados. Booking no nos devuelve el dinero.
