About this house rental
Just a short walk to the beach, this two story home offers five bedrooms and two full baths. Partially remodeled, it is located on a canal and has a a large open deck.
Central air conditioning with separate thermostats on each level.
The amenities include a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans and Comcast Xfinity highspeed Internet. TV room has basic cable and game table. Three bedrooms have smart TV's. Sleeper sofa in TV room. Add'l TV in living room.
Outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. With an outdoor gas grill, kayaks, coolers, fishing gear, beach chairs, games, paddleboards, boogie boards and a surfboard! There is everything to make your beach trip memorable.
Off street parking for 4 cars.
Private dock for your boat. Centrally located so you can take advantage of everything Fenwick has to offer. Great spot for the crew to spend a week, or more! Sleeps 11.

The house was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone! I really loved the dock out back with the kayaks and paddle boards. It was a very short walk to the beach. Nick was a great host! Very helpful with any questions.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Fenwick Island rental. It was wonderfully relaxing to be within easy walking distance of the beach. The off-season vibes were perfect - quiet, peaceful, and exactly what I needed. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Property was as described with plenty of space for a family of 6 adults to enjoy a long weekend at the beach. Location was great and property was well equipped for all the enjoyment of beach & water related activities.

Perfect location and accomadations. We had a great stay at this beach house. The location was a short walk to the beach and having the bay water access in the back yard was so relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet but still close enough to restaurants, shops etc...This was an ideal spot to unwind and relax. Thank you!
