Entering DENEB 19, the comfort is guaranteed by the choice of the furnishings in the Provencal style and modern alike. The ceiling with original exposed beams and design make it even more welcoming home. In LIVING houses a large white table with chairs. A comfortable modern sofa light color that becomes a practical sofa bed, a square and a half. The large flat-screen TV with satellite channels on the wall opposite the sofa.
THE KITCHEN.
With typical country style, it is furnished with features, complete with every appliance necessary, for example, the dishwasher, the microwave, toaster and kettle.
ROOM.
The bedroom is the most typical Provence place in the house. With a romantic and comfortable wrought iron bed covered with soft and ergonomic pillows and top quality linen. Front a large wardrobe in pastel colors that perfectly matches the two bedside tables. Here too we find the ceiling with exposed beams which makes the romantic and refined atmosphere. The large balcony offers a balcony overlooking the street Stella, with a small balcony complete with table and two chairs.
THE BATHROOM.
Comfortable and functional, with pastel colors that blend perfectly with the style of the house. The shower offers moments of complete relaxation thanks to a shower head with LED lights hot. You will be pampered by every little detail as soft bathrobes and top quality towels. In addition, the washing machine is housed in a small niche dell'antibagno, along with all the extras you need like clothes horse, iron and vacuum cleaner.
The whole house is furnished with new furniture and original carpets. In summer, the split for air conditioning ensure an ideal climate. In winter, the spacious modern radiators offer for any environment the warmth that you will like the most thanks to central heating controlled by a thermostat.

Lucia was incredibly helpful with anything we needed- even helping to arrange our taxi to the rail station upon departure. The location couldn’t be more perfect- an easy walk throughout all of old town, including the awe-inspiring Arena, the Ponte Pietra bridge and city-wide view from Castel San Pietra…not to mention nearby markets and tons of restaurants and shops. For those who want to relax at home, the outside balcony provides the perfect place for a spritz and people watching. Highly recommend!

The property has a central location. It has a secure entrance with a lift to the property. The property has good space and has a lovely little balcony overlooking a nice street. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was excellent, very friendly and helpful.We had a wonderful stay in Verona. Would highly recommend this property.

Lucia’s apartment and her hospitality gave my husband and I our best-ever VRBO experience. Lucia was there to greet us and introduce us to the apartment, which was nicely furnished and decorated. We had the pots and pans we needed to prepare simple meals and there were basic supplies like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. The bed was comfortable and the apartment quiet. The location is on a nice street and central to everything. Lucia was quickly responsive on What’s App when we had a question. When it was time to check out, she came by and saw us off.

Creatively done apartment right on Via Stella. Very clean and comfortable. Elevator in building, but stairs are there if you want the exercise. There is great restaurant in the building.
