About this cottage rental
It is a bioclimatic house. It has been rehabilitated with the aim of using exclusively natural and traditional materials and achieve maximum energy efficiency and water consumption.
The living room has been installed on the upper floor, facing south, to make the most of light and solar energy, especially in winter. The lower floor has been dedicated to the bedrooms, with less light but with perfect insulation. This has made the house cool in summer and cozy in winter.
The house has capacity for 6 people. It has 3 double bedrooms, bathroom, living room-kitchen, patio and garden terrace.
It is located in Benamahoma, municipality of Grazalema, in the heart of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. Under the Sierra del Pinar -the highest altitude in the province of Cádiz-, in whose shade the famous pinsapos forest extends, the best conserved of this rare and beautiful species of spruce.

La casa es muy amplia y bonita (las fotos no le hacen justicia, especialmente a la terraza) Todo estaba sumamente limpio, decorado con sencillez y gusto. La habitaciones son confortables y acogedoras, con armarios grandes dos de ellas, y un burro con estante metálico la otra.
La cocina es grande y alegre, y está bien pertrechada de utensilios.
La terraza es fantástica, con una mesa grande, y sillas y hamacas de jardín. El emparrado estaba ya con racimos, y daba gusto. Hemos pasado ahí todas las veladas y para desayunar está genial también.
La ducha del patio, un gran invento para refrescarse.
El pueblo es tranquilo y muy bonito, y está bien surtido con dos tiendas de horarios amplios y una panadería.
La piscina municipal está muy cerca de la casa.
El entorno es inmejorable. Pueden hacerse excursiones comenzando en el propio pueblo, o acercarse en coche a otros lugares.
Repetiría ahora mismo. Totalmente aconsejable.

¡Estuve con mi familia el fin de semana pasado y nos encanto! Una casa preciosa, muy cómoda y cuidada hasta el último detalle, no echamos en falta de nada. Cuartos bonitos con camas cómodas, salón espacioso, cocina muy equipada y un cuarto de baño muy chulo.Muy recomendable, ¡volveremos!

Un estupendo lugar para alojarse en la sierra de Grazalema. Cómodo para alojarse y para hacer todo tipo de actividades. Buen criterio (es una biocasa) y buen gusto. Muy recomendable.
