Sailmakers Place 206 is a 3 bedroom 3 bath on the 2nd floor. Sleeps 6. Amenities include: large outdoor pool with zero entry, private beach, fitness center, conference room, and community kitchen. It has a fully equipped and well stocked kitchen perfect for cooking some gourmet meals. The beautiful large balcony is perfect for watching the most gorgeous and stunning sunsets. It is a private piece of paradise located in Perdido Key, FL on the Intercoastal Waterway.
In the condo you will find a king size bed in each of the master suites, the third bedroom includes two twin size beds. This unit has everything you need washer and dryer, free wi-fi, and cable services, and a fully stocked and full size kitchen. This private paradise in Perdido Key is the place to be.
**Please note we provide an initial starter kit of soap, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash bag for each can, Clorox wipes, complimentary dish and laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge so please pack accordingly!
This low density condo is centrally located close to shopping at the outlet and malls, amusement parks like OWA, and Waterville USA, the Naval Aviation Museum, the National Seashore, and the world famous Flora Bama. There are lots of water activities available like dolphin cruises, dinner sails, adventure tours, parasailing, plus fishing charters, and the best restaurants the coast has to offer. Directly across the street you will also find: Lost Key Golf course - it promises to challenge skills at any level.

Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

Our family spent two weeks here and made some wonderful memories together. The condo gave us a great place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy a different pace of life. Morning coffee on the balcony, time at the pool, and gathering with family made this a very special trip. The location was excellent and the condo provided plenty of space for everyone.A few things kept it from being a full 5-star experience for us. The air conditioning seemed to struggle during the warmer parts of the day, and several of the mattresses felt quite firm and appeared to be due for updating. After long days in the Florida heat, both became more noticeable.We also encountered some confusion regarding the dock. Some of the information available in the condo referenced boat passes and temporary docking, but we later learned those materials were outdated and that dock access is now restricted to owners only. Updating that information would help avoid confusion for future guests.We were also a little surprised by the limited supply of basic household items such as toilet paper and garbage bags for a two-week stay. It wasn’t a major issue, but a more generous starter supply would have been appreciated.Overall, we’re grateful for our stay and the memories we made as a family. With some attention to the mattresses, cooling system, and guest information, this would easily be a 5-star property in our opinion.

Excellent experience overall. Quick check-in and checkout close to the property, and the condo was clean and nicely stocked. The private beach is a great perk! Would highly recommend.

This place is now our favorite place to stay! It was quiet and great view of bay to watch boats go by. Nice beach and pool!
