This 4,000 sq ft home features exotic hardwoods, tall ceilings, original art, collectible furniture, soaking tubs, wraparound balcony, tree-lined private fenced yard & 2-car garage. This 4 bedroom/3 bath home is above artist Brad Sells studio/gallery where tours can be arranged.

There are 2 bedrooms/2 baths on the main level, and 2 bedrooms/1 bath on bottom level. Each bedroom has privacy and separate sitting areas. It’s sure to be a comfortable stay as well as a memorable experience.

Guests have access to the home which is above the studio/gallery. They may access the studio and art gallery by appointment. Please note: there is a large stairway up to the home. This staircase would be difficult to some.

Great place to stay. So spacious. Great location. Check-in, communication with host, comfort of place were all excellent. Have already recommended for other people to stay when they are in Cookeville.

Sisters Water Fall Trip. We DIDN'T wan't to leave!!!! What a treat waking up in this beautiful home. Walking into the main living area/kitchen is so bright and cheery! After a long day of hiking and coming back to this home away from home was a real treat! Talent and Creativity at every turn awaits you! And yet it's comfy and cozy too! We just loved this place! Highly recommend!

Eight girlfriends came to Cookeville to enjoy the nearby hiking/waterfalls, excellent food and delicious drinks. We wanted a property large enough for our group and one that was fun to hangout in. This place was fantastic! We loved the attention to detail in every room like the record player with classic albums to enjoy, fresh flowers upon arrival, and beautiful/eclectic artwork. Brad is so responsive and helpful. It was a great experience!
