Beautiful home located just down the street from the town square. A close drive to downtown Cookeville with lots of shops and restaurants in between. This fun space sleeps 6 comfortably and lends itself to a cozy courtyard view. The pool and outdoor lounge area are great additions to this newly built community. Whether you are in town for a weekend getaway or an extended work trip, you will find everything you need at this home!

The property was very clean and decorated very nicely ! Great location outside of Nashville. The whole complex was very friendly and clean. Would stay again for another visit if available!

Loved staying at this gem. It was close to state parks and the family we were visiting. Loved the sitting area next to the pool. The place was super clean. The only down side was, I had asked if they had a toaster, blender or slow cooker in the kitchen and they did not. The owner said she would pick up a toaster so I planned and picked up groceries to include toast and eggs and bagels for breakfast but no toaster was found. We did improvise and used the broiler to toast our bread and bagels.

We were in the area to visit the many parks in the area that have amazing waterfalls. We were not disappointed! Not with the waterfalls or this property. Both were stunning! There is a little trouble getting here. At times our GPS would get so turned around and confused! We used a local bbq place that was on the same street as an address to get us back home on one such occasion. I think it’s called Bobby Q’s. Enjoyed our short time in the area very much!
If property manager is reading this….the water filter on the frig was due to be changed. 😁

The property/ home is very beautiful and cozy! Well stocked with all the essentials needed for a stay. In a great central location. Easy check in and check out.
Only suggestion I would have would be to place a couple more TVs through the home.
Would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.
