These Are the Days is a large two-story Gulf Beachfront home located on a large 100-foot-wide Gulf front lot. The home has approximately 750 sq feet of covered and open decks on the Gulf and Bay sides of the home. Great for large families, “These are the Days” has 3,100 square feet of living space with 9-foot ceilings and lots of windows through which to watch the waves.
The main floor features wood flooring with ceramic tile bathrooms. The large kitchen has ample Granite countertop prep space, lots of storage space, stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher, microwave, blender, Keurig coffee maker and automatic drip coffee maker. Family dinners or game nights are a breeze at the large dining table with additional seating at nearby kitchen bar. For your convenience a half bath is located near the main floor entry.
“These are the Days” has five spacious bedrooms, with the large master bedroom located on the first floor. The first-floor master bedroom is equipped with a King bed, cable TV and private full bath with garden tub and separate shower. Four additional bedrooms are located on the second floor on the East and West sides of the home with Jack and Jill baths (a half bath is attached to each bedroom with shared shower/tub bathing facilities in between). Also located on the second floor is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, bonus seating area with cable TV and an additional covered Gulf front deck. Linens are provided and the home is also equipped with free Wi-Fi!
