Mermaids Tale Lavender Hill Unit 10 E

This condo was perfect!!! Perfect location, perfect amenities and such a great overall unit. The condo is nicely redone! It's got that upscale beachy feel. The condo kitchen was awesome. It everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised! We were allowed to check in 2 hrs early which allowed us some time to get checked in/unpacked then head to a nice dinner. Lavendar Hill is conveniently located to all the shops, bars and restaurants.Their was a bunch of goodies from North Shore Deli in the fridge which were the kind of things we like for lunches. This was so appreciated!!The condo was so quiet and such a nice place to come back to the evening. We used the pool almost every night after a long day in the sun. We will definately be back and will stay at 10E!!

This is the first time we've stayed in the Lavender Hill Suites complex and would definitely stay there again. We found it to be a great, cheaper alternative to Gallows Point and Grande Bay. This one bedroom unit was very comfortable and clean, and offered all of the conveniences of its Cruz Bay location. We always enjoyed the view over Cruz Bay, and can't wait to see it again. We will be back!

A perfect location, walking distance to the national parks, the ferry terminal and many fantastic restaurants. The unit was immaculate, and just as described. A fully equipped kitchen, a lovely pool, and a gorgeous view from the balcony. Looking forward to staying there again.

We had a fabulous time in St John at Lavender Hill! When we arrived, there was a welcome package from the North Shore Deli in the fridge for us. That was a nice touch! The hummus and salads came in handy for beach hopping. We even went to the deli and picked up more salads for the remainder of our stay. We love how close Lavender Hill is to Cruz Bay and to the walking trail that takes you to Honeymoon Beach! We rented a jeep and enjoyed beach and trail hopping as we explored the island. Having the beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and additional sunblock and bug spray for our use was a great touch. We really had everything we needed and the view was amazing! The only problem that we had was the lack of hot water. When we communicated this to the owner, someone came over and installed a new water heater the next day. It did provide a few extra minutes of hot water, but it is still limited. After a long hot day on the beach, I look forward to a nice long shower to get cleaned up. Thank you and we will definitely be back!
